Torsion spring broke on Friday evening. I found Garage Door Masters on Google, and got a hold of someone right away. They offered to come out that evening, but next day was fine for me. I'm impressed that they were able to take care of the door right away, on a holiday weekend.
Alec was punctual (came exactly when they said he would). He was professional and knowledgeable. I found their pricing to be reasonable and didn't feel like I was being upsold on anything. Alec offered some advice on parts that we may want to change, and we opted to, but there was no pressure. Torsion spring replaced and improved.
