Alec O!!!!  From the moment I spoke to him on the phone to completion of the installation of my mom’s garage door, he represented himself and the company he works for with class and professionalism. His demeanor on site  was nothing but respectful. He was thorough on the install and checked his worked afterwards.  Even advised us of the height requirement for the wall button needing to be 5 feet.  (Old house) If you need an install, ask for him!  He called ahead of time and was PUNCTUAL.
